Cycling around Taiwan in multiple stages is an itinerary I planned for my expat friends in Taipei who don’t have the luxury of taking 9 to 10 days’ off from work to do the around-the-island in one go. It’s also more manageable for cycling novices. In stage 3, we go from Fulong to Taitung in 4 days.
